Make an option for black print on light background

The interface for the list of found items with grey print on a dark blue background is hard to read and the scroll bar is even harder to see on my laptop. An option for black print on a light background would be an improvement.

Add an option to modify priority (over other apps)

Let your users decide if they want to run your program with lower or higher priority. We can do it with task manager, but, inside the program itself, this could be nice.

Add animation to show program is actively running

add a "don't detect PUPs" options I think PUPs are detected by users experiences: my experience is all detected PUPs were programs I installed on purpose. Hence they are not "unwanted", they are indeed wanted.
